INSTRUCTIONS REGULAR SLOT
- Every first Friday of the month the slots are released. A slot is your entrance ticket to the waiting list (the waitinglist is approximately 3 months) So, first step; get a slot in the shop! You can find the slot release data over HERE.
- Once you have a slot, you will receive an email with a link to the Custom Carrier Design Tool. Here you can select your carrier, add-ons, extra’s, etc. You will be guided through step by step.
Make sure you design your carrier before your slotmonth starts! - Please make sure your wrap is shipped to Petit & Me HQ on time. You will receive shipping instructions by e-mail. Before shipping, please wash it if necessary. If your wrap is not clean/washed, cleaning costs will be added to your invoice.
- Don’t forget to include a note with your name on it!
- If your wrap is not at Petit & Me HQ on time, the carrier probably will get delayed too. We can not guarantee the carrier will be finished in the month the slot was bought for.
- You will be contacted to discuss your custom carrier and finalize all details. By the end of the month the balance invoice will be sent. Payments can be made with PP, Wise or Bank transfer.
- All carriers are shipped at once by the end of the month. You will automatically receive a track and trace code by email.
INSTRUCTIONS VIP PASS
Every once in a while, VIP slots are released. With the VIP PASS you skip the waitingline!
- Buy your VIP Pass in the shop.
- Once you have a slot, you will receive an email with a link to the Custom Carrier Design Tool. Here you can select your carrier, add-ons, extra’s, etc. You will be guided through step by step. Make sure to design your carrier as soon as possible, at least before the wrap arrives at Petit & Me HQ.
- Please make sure your wrap is shipped to Petit & Me HQ within 7 days. You will receive shipping instructions by e-mail. Before shipping, please wash it if necessary. If your wrap is not clean/washed, cleaning costs will be added to your invoice. Don’t forget to include a note with your name on it!
- You will be contacted to discuss your custom carrier and finalize all details. Once all details are checked & confirmed, you will receive the the final invoice for the balance payment. (if applicable)
- When your carrier is finished and the balance payment is made, your carrier will be shipped. You will automatically receive a track and trace code by email.
INSTRUCTIONS RINGSLING CONVERSION
- Buy a Ringsling conversion in the store. Choose your shoulder, ring color & add your shipment.
- Please ship the wrap to Petit & Me HQ. Don’t forget to include a note with your name on it!
- The Ringsling will be finished and shipped within 2-3 weeks after the conversion piece arrived.
- You will automatically receive an email with the Track & Trace code.
